History
Masalta is a China-based manufacturer of an extensive range of equipment and component parts for the light construction industry. Our main products include the compaction equipment, concrete surface finishing screed, power trowel, floor saw, concrete mixer, and light tower. We have experienced rapid growth and expansion in recent years. In 1996, our company started to produce scarifying cutters for scarifying machines. In 1999 we began manufacturing machines such as plate compactors. In 2005, the first tamping rammer was completed on our assembly line. In 2008, both the single and double drum road rollers were launched into world market.

Products
The Masalta brand represents a diverse and comprehensive line of products that are specifically engineered for trending market demands. We offer ergonomically designed machinery that are built for stability and performance.

Our industrial catalogue includes contraptions such as the pump, mixer, floor saw, light tower, power trowel, vibratory roller, concrete vibrator, tamping rammer, scarifying machine, surface finishing screed, and the forward and reversible compactor.

We also offer Mastool brand professional concrete finishing tools.

Facility and Staff
Our headquarters can be found within Hefei city. Masalta currently employs over 300 skilled workers.  We have major sites within Hefei and Jiangyin that cover an approximate area of 30,000m². These sites house our production workshops, administrative offices, research and development centers, quality control facilities, and the marketing and services base of operations. By investing in factories, advanced machinery, and data processing technology, we have vastly improved our production quota and increased the capacity for expansion.

Raw Materials, Components, and Engines
Nearly 80% percent of all components are manufactured independently by our company; this allows us to effectively exert control over the existing quality standard.

Masalta has established long-term cooperative relationships with a network of strictly screened suppliers. These trusted suppliers provide us with premium raw materials and spare parts at bulk prices.

We purchase key components such as bearings, clutches, belts, and hydraulic units from well known domestic and foreign brands like NSK, NTN, GATES, POCLAIN, and SAUER DANFOSS.

Masalta is proud to be the official partner of world renowned engine makers such as HATZ, HONDA, ROBIN SUBARU, and KOHLER/LOMBARDINI.

With the support of these partners, Masalta has brought the performance of many products to the highest level of contemporary standards.

Production and Quality Control
Strict production supervision is in effect. The integration of advanced German technology ensures the quality of our products.

We have 2 production sites and a total of 6 workshops outfitted with advanced installations such as CNC machining centers and NC lathers. Masalta has obtained the ISO9001 certification. We have invested substantially in staff training. Our skilled employees are highly professional. Success in the OEM business indicates that our products have withstood the scrutiny of internationally known dealers and manufacturers.

Sales and Services
As a customer oriented company we do not consider the sale of a machine to be the closing of a deal; to us, it is the beginning of a brand new partnership.

We have a professional sales team that consists of over 20 sincere representatives. Our products have been exported to more than 70 countries worldwide. Masalta welcomes OEM orders. Our development team will gladly assist you with custom design specifications.

We do not enforce a minimum order limit and all of our competitively priced products come with a one year quality warranty. Spare parts are supplied promptly. Our first response technical support personnel are on standby to provide troubleshooting.
